General Delivery Information

Every order is carefully wrapped in protective material (bubble wrap, foam, etc) and sealed, ensuring that your package arrives intact and untampered.
For your privacy and protection, there is no indication of product contents on the exterior packaging—minimizing the risk of theft or unwanted attention.
We use trusted, trackable shipping partners to provide frequent delivery updates and ensure your package is never left to chance.

Do you provide free delivery?

Yes! We offer free or discounted shipping to all customers within Lebanon, depending on order amount.

Can I pickup my order?

Yes, you can! Order pickup is available from our headquarters in Jdeideh, but please contact us in advance to schedule a convenient time.

When will my order be dispatched?

WITS dispatches orders from Monday to Friday.

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM are typically dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be dispatched same day or next business day.

We process orders promptly to ensure quick and reliable delivery.

When will I receive my order?


Within Beirut – Typically delivered within 24h of dispatch
Outside Beirut – Typically within 2-3 days.

Where are orders sent from?

All orders are dispatched from the Jdeideh, Lebanon.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! WITS offers international shipping. Once you place an order, we will contact you to confirm shipping charges.

Can I have my order gift-wrapped or packaged as a gift?

Yes, we do! WITS offers gift wrapping and special packaging options to make your order extra special. Just leave a note at checkout or contact us directly to arrange the details.


Payment Methods

You can make your purchase directly on our website using:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and more)
  • Cash on Delivery (available for orders within Lebanon only)

All transactions are secure and encrypted for your safety.

Is VAT included in the prices?

In accordance with Lebanese law, Value Added Tax (VAT) is mandatory on all sales except export/international orders.

  • Prices shown on our website are exclusive of VAT.
  • 11% Lebanese VAT will be calculated and added at checkout when applicable.

Why was my order cancelled?

To protect against credit card fraud, orders may be flagged for Purchase Security Validation. In this instance, we will reach out to the customer to perform a manual verification process.
Orders that are flagged for Purchase Security Validation are considered to be incomplete until validated. Our delivery deadline obligations begin only when an order is validated.


Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may:

  • Initiate a return for any reason by contacting us within 3 days of receiving your item.
  • Report any defective items within 30 days for a full return, refund, or replacement.

To start a return, please reach out to our support team through our Contact Page or email us directly. Items must be in their original condition including all packaging and accessories.

Return procedures

After you contact our Customer Service team to initiate a return, we’ll assign a delivery driver to pick up your order. The driver will contact you directly to coordinate the pickup time and location.
Returns are quick and hassle-free—we’ll take care of the rest once your item is on its way back to us.
