This nRF52840 USB Dongle is a compact development platform built around the Nordic Semiconductor nRF52840 SoC. It supports Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and other 2.4GHz protocols, and connects to a host computer via USB for both data transfer and firmware updates (DFU).
